1. 3. Tungsten carbide, which is also sometimes referred to as "Heavy Metal", has a compressive strength much greater than any hard metal or alloy. Because it's highly resistant to abrasion, it is ideal for use in a variety of wear applications. Tungsten carbide button fitting is machine able and is usually sintered from powdered tungsten and powdered copper, it is a biologically safe, very heavy material. The scrap tungsten carbide button fitting is recyclable and it is typically produced when drilling or machining golf iron weights, gamma collimators, and aircraft elevator balance weights. It is stable nature even in high temperature that maintains the high hardness and high intensity. Especially, the WC-Co carbide performs very well in the machine.
4. PDC cutters (Polycrystalline Diamond Composite) is consist of polycrystalline diamond layer sintered with tungsten carbide substrate under ultra-high temperature and pressure, he PDC cutter like 1308,1313 etc, PDC cutters are widely used in petroleum/oil field PDC bit, eological PDC exploration bits, gas exploration bits, CD/PDC coal mining drill bits, ilfield drilling bits ,currently, we developed new type of PDC cutters, he length of the cutter is 32mm, with a round radius of the tungsten carbide substrate of the PDC cutter.
