1. Introduction

Tungsten carbide is a hard  material composed of a metal matrix  composite  where carbide  particles act as  the aggregate and  a metallic binder  serves as  the matrix.  It is one of the  most successful composite engineering materials  ever produced.   Its unique combination of strength,  hardness  and toughness  satisfies  the most demanding applications. 
Tungsten carbide is used in machining tough materials such as cast iron or steel, as well as in situations where other  tools would wear away,  such as mining tools and wear parts.  Most of  the time, carbide will leave a  better finish on the part,and allow faster machining. Carbide tools can also withstand higher temperatures than standard high speed steel tools.

Q 1. what's the payment term?  
A. We accept TT,30% deposit and 70% before shipment .
 
 
Q 2. how's the delivery time ?
A. usually it will take about 25 - 30 days for production. But for new molds, the delivery date may 7days more, as we need about 7days to develop and check new molds.
 
Q 3. tell me the standard of package?
A. For the small capacity, it use carton, but for big capacity, we should use strong wooden case / metal drum for protection.
 
Q 4. Made by cutermized drawing or not?
 A. We have mold design department. So we could produce goods with our own molds and with your drawing.
 
Q 5.Could you offer Form A or C/O ?  
A. It totally not a problem. We can prepare relative documents to forgin affairs office or other office to apply for this certificate.
 
Q 6.Would you accept to use our logo ?
A.If you have good quantity,it absolute no problem to do OEM.
 
Q 7.We want to know month capacity.  
A. monthly, we could supply 10-40 tons per month.
